Enrich Community Psychiatry

Hello, my name is Lucy Waithaka, dual Board Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from University of Texas Tyler, and Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner from Maryville University Missouri.

I am currently open and accepting patients from ages 18 to 100.

Yes, we accept various insurance plans to make mental health services more accessible. We are in network with Premera Blue Cross, OPTUM / UHC, AARP, UMR, Regence, Tricare West, Tricare for Life, Aetna, Asuris Northwest Health, and First Choice Health. We also welcome cash pay clients.

Initial intake appointments typically last around 60 minutes, while follow-up appointments may range from 30 to 60 minutes, depending on your needs and the complexity of your treatment.

The frequency of appointments will vary depending on your treatment plan and progress. Initially, appointments may be more frequent to closely monitor your symptoms and adjust your treatment as needed. Over time, appointments may become less frequent as you progress towards your treatment goals.
